Service was great. They were able to come to my house the same day. Ran some tests to determine what fix was needed. Came back a couple days later to complete the fix. They tried a couple more options just to be sure it was the control board that was needed. After trying those couple extra options as a double check, turned out that is all that was needed to fix the issue.

We called Todd's with a cooling issue and Darin was able to respond quickly. He checked the unit out and knew right off it was a capacitor. Very friendly, answered questions and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. I would highly recommend Toods Residential Heating and Cooling!
It was a great experience. He explained everything he did. He was professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable. I am disabled and needed the air conditioning, he also serviced our furnace. I was treated with respected and kindness. He made me feel important and my needs and concerns were importance to him. Todd,s was quick to answer and help us. We will recommend them to everyone. We will use them for all our air conditioning and furnace needs in the future. Thank you for being so prompt and caring about our needs.

Todd's Residential Heating & Cooling did a great job installing 5 mini split AC units for my home. The owner Darrin Todd and his son were very personable and knowledgeable. They were very punctual and always answered any questions I had for them. The installation was done in a timely manner and was a very clean and professional job. The pricing was very reasonable and accurate to the estimate. This is a very honest and professional business that I would recommend to anyone for their HVAC needs.
Brother Darrin and son Matthew was very pleasant to deal with. I loved his sense of humor. We were very satisfied with his service. He was prompt and knowledgeable. Looking forward to his maintenance agreement in January.
Darrin was kind & honest. We had been told by another company, that EVERYTHING (furnace, AC, literally everything) needed replaced, including the temporary motor that costs $1063. that was installed to "get them by". Darrin explained that while it was an older unit, that it was a good unit and there was no reason to replace everything.
